Happy Tuesday! I am popping up in your inbox today to share a Week In Review -- a recap of my favorite things and various happenings from the past week.
I hope to share these recaps with you weekly; consider these posts a roundup of the best of what I have previously shared on Instagram in the past week plus some favorite items (new purchases or maybe old tried and true items!) and my general musings.
As always, thank you for being here and if there is anything specific you would like to see from me here on Substack, let me know in the comments below.

I have raved about my favorite white t-shirt many times and it seems like many of you wanted to give it a try as it my best selling product recommendation this week! It certainly does not hurt that the shirt is just $15!
I find this brand to run a tad small, so I size up to a XXL.
You all also loved the blue floral dress from Coco Shop that I wore to the Rehearsal Dinner this past weekend. The dress is sold out in a few sizes but I spoke with Taylor (the brand’s founder) and they are currently making more so be sure to sign up for a notification for when your size is back in town. In the meantime, Coco Shop has countless other beautiful pieces including some dresses in that same Scoop Neck cut.
My dress was my true size, XL.
Style:
I can’t wait to wear this White Eyelet Skirt (gifted) throughout the spring and summer! It feels like a great classic piece that I can wear year after year (because does eyelet ever go out of style?) I plan to pair it with a thin crewneck sweater.
Another great maxi skirt is this black tired skirt from Anthropologie that I shared on my Instagram stories today. I love that this skirt has an elastic waist to make it so comfortable and it is offered in a range of sizes (Petite, Regular and Plus.)
This week you can use code NAN20 for 20% off most full price apparel, accessories, and beauty items from Anthropologie.
I find this style to run a tad big because of the elastic waist. Mine is my usual size, XL, but I probably could have gone down one size to a Large.
Beauty:
I ordered a restock (3 bottles actually) of my favorite European sunscreen (or really it is Australian sunscreen but I order it from Harrods.) I also ordered a few other formulas from the same brand to test out (because shipping is expensive, so I figured why not get a bang for my buck!
I gifted a friend this clear nail polish for her birthday because the other week we were chatting about manicures and I mentioned that I love this clear polish for the days when I don’t have a true manicure - it allows you to have bare nails but make them look just a tad bit healthier and glowy.
Shop more of my favorite nail products here.
Needlepoint:
I am still working away on stitching my dog leash for little Fitz.
I shared a picture of my finished backgammon board on Instagram the other day and received a lot of questions about it! I will try to take more photos of it soon but in the meantime here is a link to the beautiful canvas I used.
Decor:
You all know I love a great tablecloth but the other day I realized that I did not really own any solid colored tablecloths, I only have patterns. I jumped over to Etsy and ordered a pale blue solid linen tablecloth. (The color I ordered is Swedish Blue.)
Reading, Listening, Watching:
I think I am in a bit of a TV rut…there is not anything that I am actively watching at the moment. I feel like I have seen everything… If you have any recommendations let me know!!
I did watch King Richard, a movie about Venus and Serena Williams’ childhood and their father. I really enjoyed it! I watched the movie on AppleTv+.
One of my favorite podcasts is What We Wore, hosted by Laura Vinroot Pool, the owner of Capitol, a chic clothing store in Charlotte, NC and Los Angeles, California. For the podcast Laura interviews various founders and leaders in the fashion world. She recently interviewed Meredith Melling, one of the founders of La Ligne, and as always it was a great episode.
Following:
highlighted the Magnolia Parks book series on her Instagram last week, describing the series as 'A British Gossip Girl’ which was all I needed to know before downloading the first book. A week later and I am now onto the third book of the series!! If you are looking for some lighthearted, fun books to dive into, these might be up your alley.
Find all the books I have read so far this year linked here.
TripStyled is one of my favorite instagram followers - we have similar taste and she always inspires me by the outfits she puts together. She went on a vacation to Paris recently and it was so fun to follow along!
Magnolia Parks is one of my favorite series! I’m anxiously awaiting the release of book 6!
Best nail polish ever
