I’ve had my eye on a Stutterheim and usually just…forget. Until it’s pouring down rain and then I’m like why?!? I just need to buy it. So glad to get your recommendation on one because I didn’t know anyone that had one. Maybe I’ll finally purchase for our next downpour!

I’ve been meaning to try the Stutterheim coats!! I ordered a coat from Rains this past year (maybe Fall?) and wanted to love it but it had the most toxic scent and couldn’t shake it. Stutterheim will be my next try though!

Oh so interesting about the Rains - because I have been tempted to try that one also, but good to know I can skip it!

Does anyone who also owns a Barbour jacket have any tips for not sweating like crazy in it!? I find that unless I'm wearing mine when it's really cold that the arms get sooooo sweaty.

Great question - I totally feel you on this that they sometimes can get really hot. Do you know what style you have? The Bedale (which I consider the most classic one) has those knit cuffs on your wrists and I find that is part of what makes it really hot / because it sort of traps in your body heat. But the Beadnell style doesnt have that fitted knit cuff, so I find it breaths better.

This probably is not the most helpful if you have the Bedale style but just wanted to share <3

I have the Beadnell but still have issues! Maybe I am just a very sweaty person!? It's just a bummer because it does limit the time during the year where I can wear it, but I love the jacket so much.
